One-to-One Support Appointments
EBS One-to-One Support is an opportunity for individuals or small groups to obtain help on a specific topic or function in their offices during a thirty-minute appointment. These appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. To arrange a visit, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email to support@ebs.msu.edu with "Appointment Request" in the subject line.
- Please include the following in your email:

- Your office location
- The topic or function you would like supported
