Call the Service Desk for help if your question is not addressed on this website. You may also email the Service Desk with your questions. Emails will be given the same priority as calls.
During Service Desk hours, analysts will also be using a live chat to answer your questions in real time. Make sure to use the keyword “EBS” in your question, to ensure that it gets directed to the proper support person.
Service Desk Hours
The Service Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets logged after hours will be addressed the following morning.
Check Your Incident Ticket Status
You have the ability to check the status of an incident ticket or request, by logging into the Service Desk and using the links in the “Look Up my Existing Requests” section. You may also enter your request or incident number.
